# Complete Copper Town

The key to pushing our Copper town to the next level is Cash Register, obtainable from survey. Cash registers take care of customer payments, allowing your mages to craft uninterrupted.

Keep checking survey locations as you unlock more zones. You'll find them eventually. There are 8 (or 9?) available from survey so that's usually the number of skill shops we have in our final layout.

Build them on top of a shop's cashier.

IIMO the best bang of your buck shop level is **25**. You gained 6 spells that sell for 7 coins. After that, higher price spells are quite far and few between.

lv 50 and 60 gives you Chat II and Chat III. Totally optional skills but fun (or frustrating) to put on your shelf.

* 6 x 7 coins, lv 25
* 1 x 8 coins, lv 28
* 2 x 10 coins, lv 35
* 2 x 12 coins, lv 40
* 1 x 15 coins, lv 50
* 1 x 18 coins, lv 60

**Observe! Don’t go too crazy too soon.**

Higher price skills take longer to craft and, with your people actively buying, your shopkeepers might not be able to fill as many shelves as you hope. There is no reason to go XL shops with 9 shelves like some suggestions floating around the net.

Example from my own shop. 16 shoppers. Shelf prices 7, 5, 4. Craftsmanship V, Skilled Craftsman II, Move Speed.

My shopkeeper never made it to the last shelf.

Shopkeepers have a specific pattern on how they work. They work on 1 shelf at a time starting from left to right on row #1. After all on #1 are filled, they move to the next row working in the same pattern.

* if you place a shelf at **B**, shopkeeper will refill that one before all others.
* **C** is last to get filled. If your most expensive skill is on this shelf, there is a chance it may never get refilled. If this happens, consider removing some shelves ahead of it.

Having 30 shoppers is a good number to aim for. Monk, surprisingly, is also a shopper.

1 little trick. You can build doors to connect shops directly. Shoppers will use them to hop from shop to shop without needing to use roads.

Good luck! May the RNG be in your favour.
