# Equipment sets

### INT Set

After 99'ing your Novel and Wooden Stick, unlocking this set should be our next focus. The set gives roughly 1,700 INT when maxed. Enough to discover every craftables even on rank D shopkeepers.

2 additional shops we will need are accessory shop from a trader and armor shop from another blacksmith. You should have them available at this point. They don't need to be female anymore. Yay?

**Craft Requirement:**

C/ Magic Pendant - Acc shop 10, INT 78

C/ Leather Armor - Armor shop 12, INT 153

C/ Mage's Hat - Armor shop 17, INT 1,105

C/ Lighting Staff - Weapon shop 11, INT 133

**Strategy:**

* Put your best INT pieces on accessory shopkeeper to try for Magic Pendant.
* Then move the pieces to armor shopkeeper to try for Leather Armor
* For Mage's Hat, you may notice the ridiculous jump in INT. I recommend you get your first hat from research which has a much more reasonable requirement

**Mage's Hat research:**

* Town hall 13, Helmet sample x8, Scroll of Knowledge x9

With the 3 pieces pendant + armor + hat, it will be much easier for you to hit 1,105 INT to unlock it from your shop.

Why is the shop better? Because you can buy as many as you need compare to research which is limited to 2-3 pieces max.

Lighting Staff is lower priority because only mages can natively use it. Other shopkeepers need additional skill, Staff Resistance, to use. Also you will most likely get it as you try for your next tier weapon: C/ Silver Scalpel. I will cover this soon.

### Fighter Set

F/ Wooden Stick (or any weapon you paired with Novel while leveling)

E/ Infantry Shield - Armor shop 7, INT 46\
or\ D/ Folk Art Shield - Armor shop 11, INT 88

D/ Ninja Headband - Armor shop 11, INT 363

C/ Leather Armor - Same as INT set

\*\* D/ Loafer - Acc shop 6, INT 29

You should discover most of these as you try unlocking your INT set.

\*\* Don't invest in leveling Loafer yet. There is a more important accessory you need to focus on. More on this in a bit.

Leather Armor can be used by both your casters and fighters. Very good bang of your buck. Not to be confused with Leather Chest Guard.

### B/ Silver Earrings

You obtain B/ Silver Earrings from clearing fog lv 40. 1 of the very rare gears that give Heart stat which you will need for surveying.

Accessory is the most expensive gear to break lv cap because you have very low number of F/ and E/ ranks to trade for Kairo gears. I recommend focusing your resource on this piece along with C/ Magic Pendant first before moving to Loafer.

**Silver earrings unlock requirement:**

* Research: Town hall 27, Acc sample x15, Scroll of Knowledge x18
* Craft: Acc shop 26, INT 360

### Upgrade Fighter Set

* C/ Silver Scalpel - Weapon shop 14, INT 158
* B/ Purple Cape - Armor shop 24, INT 306
* B/ Boots - Acc shop 24, INT 277\
 or\ B/ Red Ribbon - Acc shop 31, INT 265

Boots give LUK, Ribbons give ATK

S/ Mirror Shield you get as weekly conquest reward is really good for melee attackers. Most other S pieces from conquest are quite solid as well.

S/ Wairo Shield gives HP and DEF. While not as good as mirror, is a very common drop from Legendary Cave. You'll end up with enough for all your citizens and their pets so it's worth considering.

We will reach Legendary Cave soon. Something to keep in mind.
