# Mystic Ore Mine

Finally. A way to produce mystic ore!

You get your first mystic ore mine from clearing fog lv 29. This zone is quite close to zone 34 we pushed for in previous section.

The game only ever gives you 1 mystic ore mine. To obtain more, you need to unlock via research.

**Mysic ore mine research requirement**:

* lv 20 Town hall, 27 sturdy boards, 510 copper coins

Now, to actually build your first mine, you need 14 mystic ore. In my case I was struggling to collect such amount.

Easy solution? Use the Mystic Ore Pouch. You should have obtained a few at this point. It can be used from List > Group Item menu. This will fully restock mystic ore storage in every town.

If you prefer to gather it normally, be aware that skill shop and accessory shop consume mystic ore. One way to pause this is to deploy the shopkeepers away from their shops.

Once the mine is built, NPC will prompt a dialog and give you a Mining skill. The person you want working in the mines need to equip this skill.

Menu > Resident List > Train > Skill

If you decided to make a D rank your miner. D ranks only have 1 skill slot so you will need to remove their existing skill first. Removed skills go back to your inventory. You don't lose them.

Unit with the skill needs to be idle before he can be assigned to a mine. If he is greyed out when you try to assign, you may need to wait until he completes his current task.

It's best to only assign 1 unit per mine. Assigning more does not help much - since mines will run out and need time to restock anyway.

Just like the mine. The game will ever only give you 1 skill. If you need more, it needs to be discovered by your skill shop.

**Mining skill requirement:**

* lv 8 Skill shop, 200 INT
